At Beyond the Split, I help women understand the forces at play which have been holding them back from building that life they thought they would have by now. I work with women at the pre, during and post-divorce phase of divorce or separation by empowering them with knowledge and skills for their mind, body and soul.

Many women I work with had lost themselves in their relationship. Whether they were the ones who leaned in or out of the relationship that didn't work out, there were many subconscious belief patterns that were running a show they had no idea they had lost control over (versus intentionally creating).

Through my process and community, I help women reveal, reflect, rebuild, and reconnect  with who they were always meant to be. At Beyond the Split, I help you feel light and grounded, live with more joy, and believe that anything is possible- again!
