Leystone Farms
Open-air experiences and farm-grown products that delight and inspire.
Established in 2020, Leystone Farms is a family-operated mixed use farm and vineyard nestled on the edge of the Gatineau Hills overlooking the Ottawa Valley in the Pontiac region of Québec.
These lands have belonged to the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation for as long as anyone can remember. Our hope and our lived intention is to steward these lands in a way that honours the past and shows responsibility for the future. Leystone Farms is our action to nurture the world we’re in.
Leystone is home to a sweet flock of Olde English Southdown Babydoll sheep, adorable alpacas, and their grumpy old guardian llama Loretta. We also have over 15 varieties of chickens and more than a million honey bees.
Our on-site self-serve store features eggs, honey, and farm yarn, as well as innovative wool pellet fertilizer for the garden and seasonal artisanal preserves.
Come to shop, visit the animals, or take in the stunning views. Join us for our monthly “knit night,” seasonal events, or annual art show. Bring your team for an off-site in our vineyard-side boardroom or for unique retreat experience that is meaningful, motivational, hands-on, and fun.
At Leystone Farms, we create, cultivate, and curate products and experiences that delight and inspire.
