Dr. Helen Ofosu has been practising Industrial / Organizational (aka work & business) Psychology in the public and private sectors for almost 20 years. Since 2012, she’s been offering Career Coaching and HR Consulting through her own practice.

Using an objective process, she helps clients identify viable career paths when their current employment situation is unsatisfactory. Dr. Helen also helps clients with their resumes, cover letters, and preparing for job interviews.

In terms of HR, her specialties include helping organizations hire effectively, promote staff fairly, and offering outplacement services when appropriate.
